THE THRIVE PROCESS:

Using an integrated approach of training, mentorship, coaching, and industry engagement, participants develop and apply managerial tools, strategies, and acumen necessary to lead within their organizations and the media marketing industry.

 

Designed using a unique cohort model, Thrive creates a tight-knit, reliable, common-purpose group. Cohorts are a more dynamic, collaborative, and encouraging learning environment which fosters shared learning, innovative thinking, and a profoundly and deeply supportive community for each other.

 

With a renewed focus on utilizing a leadership framework created by The Ready Zone with Esther Weinberg, Thrive dives into creative skill-building while also providing fundamental building blocks for change readiness. 

ABOUT THE PROGRAM LEAD:

Promax Thrive is led by The Ready Zone’s Esther Weinberg. Esther Weinberg is a business growth accelerator that equips executives in high-growth media and technology industries to create big pivots, big impact, and big returns. As Founder & Chief Leadership Development Officer of The Ready Zone, she powerfully fast tracks an organization’s progress by focusing on six Zone Performance Indicators (ZPIs) that are paramount to profitable growth. Esther’s innovative strategies have assisted clients to grow, scale and thrive in the worst and best of times, including Netflix, NBCUniversal, Microsoft, ESPN, WarnerMedia, CNN, DreamWorks Animation, Discovery Communications, Adobe, Disney, IMAX, National Geographic, and Nickelodeon. Participants get introduced and onboarded into the program in a virtual kick-off. 

JULY 2022: STEP-BACK, STEP-FORWARD – Retreat

In this virtual retreat, you’ll learn to master the inner game of leadership.

NOVEMBER 2022: STEP-BACK, STEP-FORWARD – Retreat

Connect with your cohort for a 2-day in-person* retreat exploring the outer work of leadership. 

MARCH 2023: STEP-BACK, STEP-FORWARD – Retreat

Develop and hone your conscious leadership skill in this 2-day virtual retreat. 

JUNE 2023: WRAP-UP + GRADUATION 

Come together in person* with your cohort to celebrate all you have accomplished through the program.

Utilizing the leadership framework of Esther Weinberg, Thrive participants are guided through six segments, each divided between two months.

Creating Connection – Unlock the power of engaged communication

MAY + JUNE: 
Building a Growth Culture – Bring the best out of your team through coaching and mentoring
